Projectile Cap Modifier

Ever think the 1,000 projectile limit is just... too much for you?
Here's a mod that allows you to lower that cap, down to even 0 if you want to.
If you're doing a 1-projectile run, this saves you from having to throw 999 beach balls each session.
Specific, but useful.
(Note: If you happen to get any errors when using this mod at a low cap, please check which mod the error is from!)
(I myself noticed an error with 1 projectile when using some Calamity weapons, but the error is not directly caused by this mod.)
