[fixed] Spawn More AI Empires

now required ui overhaul to move the slider past a certain point

This mod allows you to spawn up to 3 times more AI empires! And up to 5 Fallen Empires on every galaxy size!

Why only 3 times you my ask? Simple: Because the galaxy has only so much space, and even if I tell the game to spawn 5000 empires, it will only spawn as much as fit in the galaxy. So 3 times is more than enough!

Tiny up to 18 AI Empires
Small up to 36 AI Empires
Medium up to 54 AI Empires
Large up to 72 AI Empires
Huge up to 90 AI Empires

This mod is not ironman compatible

Keep in mind though: Even if you tell the game to spawn 18 empires and 5 fallen empires on a tiny galaxy, it is not guaranteed that all 23 of those AI's will spawn. The space is still limited so it may be that the game only spawn 2 or 3 Fallen Empires, or fewer regular empires to compensate.
in addition there have been reports of crashes if you set to many ai to spawn without using ui overhaul
