The Avant-Garde class Cruiser is among the first line of modified weapons passing through ORC's hands. Modified from the United States Arleigh burke destroyers and spliced together as frankenstein destroyers, we get fairly small cruisers capable of packing a mean punch through massive volleys of missiles unseen before. These ships were among the first deployed to the seas of Neter upon the discovery of its near infinite precious resources, and these ships will likely too be among the last to leave come a time where ORC no longer needs to capitalize on Neter's resources.

This is a refit of the first craft I ever made for ORC and OEDRD.
