The entire purpose of these blank roads is to create and provide as many different types of blank roads, designed to be used with Intersection Marking Tool to help you create your own city with your own style of roads, while keeping it within as close to the Vanilla Width as possible. And you can go multiple styles if you so please.

Hello, I got an issue with both tram roads and (lifted) highways. Both of them have disappearing props (tram catenary and concrete roadbarrier) when looking from certain angles... is this a common problem?
