Phoenix Sentinels - High Elves

New Top-tier archers for the high elves bringig death to the enemey with their fiery volleys.
For me the high elves always missed a spot not having some top notch archers (apart from sisters of avelorn) but they didn't quite max out the potential for me on the battlefield.
So the Phoenix Sentinels were born (no idea if theres any lore for such a unit already but i think the name fits) and they got the unique RoR archer feauter of flaming arrows giving them a special edge.

They work in Campaing and Custom Battles (probably in MP too).

In Campaing you can recruit them from the Shrine Building Chain from the Tier V Building (just like the vanilla Phoenix Guard).
As far as Tech-Tree improvements and other buffs go they get the bonuses from the phoenix guard improvements aswell as all the tech-buffs dedicated for archers.

- Keep in mind that the stats are subject to change and might not always be correctly represented there-
They are designed to be really powerfull and dominate but shouldn't be OP so expect some changes.
