DDR EW58/D42

Mein erstes DDR-Gebäude wurde das EW58/D42. Es ist Selbstheizend und es gibt eine LOD-Variante um hoffentlich ein wenig Leistung zu sparen. Über die Zeit möchte ich noch weitere Wohngebäude aus der Zeit der DDR erstellen.
Alle Gebäude von mir werden in dieser Kollektion gesammelt.

Über EW/58 D42:
Das Doppelhaus EW/58 D42 wurde auf Basis der EW-Reihen "Einfamilienhäuser 1958" entwickelt und erweiterte das Sortiment um einen weiteren Typ. Das Doppelhaus D42 sollte als Wohnhaus im Rahmen der LPG-Hauswirtschaften eine zweckmäßige Verbindung für die Erfordernisse der individuellen Viehhaltung gewährleisten. Im Gegensatz zu den anderen Typen der Reihe wurde das Gebäude komplett unterkellert um Platz für Vorratsräume, Wasch- und Futterküche zu liefern. Das Gebäude wurde normalerweise mit einem Doppelstall EW58/ST1 oder EW58/ST2 errichtet.

My first DDR building is the EW58/D42. It's self-heating, and there's a LOD variant hopefully to save some performance. Over time I would like to create more residential buildings from the DDR era.
All of my buildings are collected in this collection.

About EW/58 D42:
The EW/58 D42 semi-detached house was developed on the basis of the EW series "Single-Family Houses 1958". The semi-detached house D42 was used as a residential house within the framework of the LPG households to ensure a convenient connection for the necessities of the individual livestock farming. In contrast to the other types in the series, the building has a complete basement to provide space for pantries, laundry and a livestock kitchen. The building was usually built with a double barn called EW58/ST1 or EW58/ST2.
