Custom timelines don't appear to work as well as the worldstate feature

They do not inherit conditional rooms, creature spawns, or region properties; only room settings

Custom features via the json file isn't working anymore. I just shows "could not find feature: [custom feature name]" every time I open the game. Is there a new compound value I have to put all of my custom features in?

i'm going to give this a week, resubscribe, and slowly apply all my mods to see if any of them have been patched for the new damnable watcher update
