If this doesnt work by subscribing, try to unpack the addon with crowbar, then paste the folder into your addons folder, on the main gmod folder...

Or, instead of using crowbar you can just use this google drive that has the addon. extract it, and then drop it on the addons folder of your gmod folder. easy pie
