Clean Default Progress Bar.

Removes the splatters on the bar as seen in the screenshots, it is barely visible.

Compatible with addons that change the background of the progress bar.

This should include healing, pouring cans, interacting with objects in custom maps. There might be some bugs though.

Recommendable with Clean Default Progress Bar Background , though optional.

Update (15/03/2023) : Fixed the alpha area still containing some transparent yellowish background because my eyes are damn bad.

There's actually some parts of the splatter that is still visible, I will probably update it again.

Update 08/06/2023 : Fill the remaining missing splatters, again.....
