Farm Everywhere

Based on chino_desu mod FarmAnywhere. Sadly, dear author is not around to update his mod, so this one here is what you get.

=== What it does? ===
This mod allows you to place any type of outdoor farm pretty much anywhere. Not only they do not require 'Fertility', I have removed biome restrictions and upped height at which farms can be placed, as well as height at which water is available for farming.

This means that you can effectively farm hemp in the desert or next to Flotsam Village, for example.

Changes from FarmAnywhere mod are included here, so this one makes it obsolete.
However, I may not be around to update this mod, so feel free to reupload if it gets broken, feel free to include everything in your own mod without asking me for permission.
