I like the layout of the prison, but it's terribly inefficient... Gardners/Janitors got stuck behind prison doors in droves with no guards able to move around and assist them. Since there was no reception room, all my prisoners just stood out front and did nothing. Perhaps that's an issue with the AI from the game and not the prison layout (honestly, I think that all prison employees should be able to open prison doors), but I don't exactly know how you're supposed to make it so the prison operates smoothly.

@[CDGA] Docter Lemon [CDGA] It's a joke, as far as I know. I think he built it with, say $3.5 mil ingame cash, but he means that if it was real it would cost that much. It might only cost $2 mil, we don't know.
