Javelin units for Slaanesh

描述
Adds a Marauder and Chaos warrior Javelin unit to the WOC and Slaanesh rooster as I thought Slaanesh's theme about flanking units was great, but they didn't have a lot of options to counter large units, let along soften or provoke a formation that has no flanks exposed, this should help and be a cool combination with Slaanesh's hit and run theme.

CA did a funny by changing the unit cap entry name for all marked Chaos units in the unit_set_to_unit_junctions_tables to mp_cap_group_mark_of_chaos. If that isn't changed, the game crashes on startup.

yes I don't know which unit mods have this issue
But CA did something with the unit tables, and RPFM can't open them anymore
I literally can't fix it yet, and other unit mods might be broken as well for everyone, but some work and some don't
