Remove Bumblebee Products

Kind of, but technically no. Pitted Fruits is considered deprecated because what it does, the entire purpose of it, is replaced by Advanced Agriculture. Pitted Fruits never worked alone, it also required Advanced Brewing to function correctly. I just split them apart because people wanted the quality of life of Advanced Brewing but didn't want the mod incompatibilities Pitted Fruits brought to the table. Advanced Agriculture is what Pitted Fruits was originally meant to be, and so there's no reason for me to maintain it any longer. It will probably break at some point in the future, so building new worlds with it isn't advised.

However, Remove Bumblebee Products is a stand-alone mod that can work for people who don't want the full slate of what Advanced Agriculture offers, they just want citizens to stop demanding bumblebee mead. As such, if this mod stops working, I will update it. Therefore, it's not deprecated, but it is unnecessary if using Advanced Agriculture.

I assume this is deprecated now with the release of AdvAgri, much like pitted fruits was?

Bumblebee venom is an intended part of the game, as if it doesn't exist bumblebees are unable to sting. To my knowledge, dwarves can't have a preference for venom as a food or crafting material, so it doesn't really cause any harm by existing. Bumblebee mead can cause issues due to it being an unobtainable drink preference, making it impossible to satisfy drink requirements for some dwarves.

Bumblebee Venom is still showing up in my game (but the other products aren't), is it possible to remove it as well?

No problem, it's not something most players would encounter unless they hit the 1 in 78 chance that a dwarf ends up having a preference for that unobtainable drink. Or you have my luck and get three in your second migrant wave...

Bumblebee mead is never going to be added to the game. Honey bee mead is in the game and working, but bumblebees were added using the honey bee template. Since the templates for the mead/wax/etc. materials are in the game for bumblebees, dwarfs can have "Prefers to consume bumblebee mead." However, bumblebees are not hiveable (in game nor in real life), and Toady has stated that he does not intend to make bumblebees actually produce these materials. Therefore, bumblebee mead and wax are unintended materials that are in the game due to oversight, and this mod removes only those bumblebee products.

This mod does not affect anything about honey bees and their products, so honey bee mead is not removed by this mod.

What? Not intended? You can make mead from honey and crafts from wax... all of these things are fully functional in game. I dont understand these mods you're uploading.
