Skyscraping

描述
This mod is a totally unbalanced cheating mod.
It adds a race perk to the race perk menu called Cheat: Skyscraping.
This perk grants you a the ability to build a building which adds room for 100 billion more people to the planet. As long as you can feed them then you can house them.

The only mods I make are cheat mods. They all can be found the same way on the last section of Race perk menu. If you have too many mods which affect the race perk menu, they can barely be seen on the very far right (an additional column is there, but the race perk menu doesn't have a scroll bar).

Hi. I installed this and can build the building, but it has no effect on my planetary maximum population. I am running (in load order):

volcanic cooling
diverse specials and massive planets
cheapperks - creative gives +50% research
even bigger planets
imfull
lots of planets
skyscraping

imfull works fine.

Any ideas about what may be interfering/conflicting here?

It is a mess, but unbalanced stuff is like that and can be a lot of fun for some of us

This seems like one hell of a mess but I am all for it. I'm going to try this out right now, wish me luck!
