Adds a new warehouse to the game, with a spawnpoint for those that want it.
Located in cell 40x31 (Southeast of the Dixie trailer park, Northeast of trainyard).

@ProtecTron - I'll consider adding some vehicle spawn zones in, for the next time I release a new version for it!

@Hawkwood - simply right-click and unlock, if they're locked when you spawn in? Other than that, I can't think of what you might mean. They open, close, and lock/unlock the same as always; they're vanilla garage doors.

Alright I've been there! It's looking good, all tidy and neat. Although, it needs a vehicle spawn asap lol. Or -debug to spawn one. The other option is to walk to the cross roads north east of the warehouse. Or simply spawn somewere else and then go ja!
