Festus the Elector Count

Festus the Leechlord only ever had one true ambition; to be instated as a real Elector Count, the "where" and "why" didn't matter, for anyone within the Empire's mighty borders should wish to be a part of their power, and petty squabbles.

Having the finest tailor he could find (Especially hard to find one that would work for a champion of the Chaos Gods) he had his own hat and sleeves made to emulate the look of an average Empire noble, the style he had long renounced.

But what is being an Elector if not selectively benevolent? His little Nurgling friend had to be included in his change of style, so Festus had "found" a General's helmet to give his little friend a little love.
