When you just want to play the 'vanilla' game but could use a few quality-of-life addons to help you out. These are items that are very useful, without any cheating mods.
I do have one mod, Game Anarchy, that could be used for unlimited money or resources but kept it in for the achievement's functionality as well as the intro skip/fast return. As long as you don't unlock all or do any cash cheats, you will still get the vanilla game experience.
