[TTT2] Proximity Chat

描述
A configurable proximity chat addon that works in TTT2.
Includes proximity functionality for text chat too!

ConVars
You can change the ConVars in the F1 menu.
# Sets the range for global voice chat. ttt_voice_range [0..n] (default: 800) # Sets the range for global text chat. ttt_text_range [0..n] (default: 800)

You can use 'ttt_locational_voice [0/1]' if you want 3D sound instead of mono.

What's the difference of this and the one already included in TTT2?

It doesn't work for sandbox, so I think so.

Question as I am getting this for a server that only does TTT on sundays: will this deactivate in sandbox mode?
