T A N K E R S

Not to be confused with their rivals, the Tinkrell, Tankers are Tanks in space.

Features:
- Unique power generating and power storing mechanic.
- Unique weapon boosting mechanics
- Unique Borg-like aesthetics
- Two types of ammunition: high explosive rounds (HE) , and armor piercing rounds (AP)
- Heavy hitting cannons that are on the expensive end
- THE MORTAR
- High HP (they're called Tankers for a reason)

Due to their tank-like nature, they only utilize one type of weapon system: cannons and PD guns (much like their distant Shogunate relatives who only use plasma swords and lasers)
They also utilize durable armor and hull thanks to their tank-like nature (this also comes at a cost of bearing more weight and being more on the heavy side.)

Lore:

After the great war between Tinkrells and Tankers, both suffering major casualties and dwindled in numbers, there remains only one Tanker space region and a shattered Tinkrell empire. Emerging out of the few remnant factories, you, a beginner Tanker, must go and earn credits, experience, and resources in order to retrofit yourself with bigger guns and thicker hull. Though scattered and a mere shadow of their former glory, the Tinkrells, among other factions, are numerous and will pose a threat to our remnants. You must become the unstoppable force that levels any that dare cross your tracks. Will you be the Tanker who will bring about the Tanker empire?

Currently, there are only few blueprints utilized by remnant Tankers which are:
- 1 mega factory
- 1 mothership
- 2 Heavy class Tankers
- 4 Light class Tankers
- 2 Tankers in training (includes you!)
