[ACE] The Old Clown QOL (Campaign Ready)

Minor QOL Changes for The Old CLown
* Added arming switch to Depth charges (Requires either Sec or Cap to press button in bridge)
* Labelled all buttons on the ship so you can actually tell what they do
* Enabled wiring in a few spots to allow a bit more creativity (Engine, Bridge doors etc..)
* Bridge lock-down revamped to allow for either locking down the bridge OR armoury (Also increased crowbar time to 30 secs)
* Added a sword holder to the captain's desk :)
* Cleaned out the lockers to make the ship campaign ready
