Color of Madness Cursor [Fixed]

This is color of madness cursor by This guy but it actually works for the most recent version of DD. Doesn't need the DLC but stands out from the rest of the content without it.

If you want the alternate cursors, remove the image file that has the arrow name then rename one of the cursors into only "arrow" and it will work. The default cursor is the glowing cyan CoM colored cursor seen in preview since it's the most fitting.

I will take this down if he comes back and doesn't want it reuploaded.
