Added coats of arms of all Silesian baronies, as well as some in Upper Lusatia.

A gfx mod adding pre-defined coats of arms to every province of the Kingdom of Poland, thus making the region more fleshed out when compared to Western Europe (where most baronies have already pre-defined CoAs of their own).

Created to be as historically accurate as (easily) accesible sources allow me. However, due to Paradox's minute interest in Polish heraldry (especially its very specific emblems) some compromises had to be reached; there aren't all the necessary tools, animals, gates, walls, towers, scarves etc. For top-tier accuracy I recommend using Cat's mod for manual corrections.

All of the code is in separate files using only vanilla assets, therefore it should be fully compatible with any other mod (outside of total conversions and mods changing the positioning/appearance of emblems).
