For the game crash part, if your mod is enabled and I start any campaign and quit, the game will closes and return to desktop, and a crash file will created in the game directory. However, if this mod is disabled, the game won't crash at all. From my testing, this problem are from your mod. I hope you can solve it first. HI3 weapon mods are rare, and I like this mod after I viewed your video.
