The Slaveholding mod includes several ideology features, such as a new Meme: Slaveholding, and a new slave interaction called flogging. A new role, the Slavemaster, and a new flogging ritual. All these mechanics revolve around slave management, and flogging offers a new high-risk high-reward alternative to regular Suppression, with the flogging ritual being the riskiest feature of them all: risking your selected slave to bleed and possibly die, but if it goes well, the slave will be fully suppressed for several days! New precepts regarding flogging have been added across vanilla Memes as well, so check that out too!
























I'm not aware of any issues at the moment



[1] Both the flogging interaction and the flogging ritual have a chance to apply the Masochist trait to the slave. You can disable this in the mod options.
[2] Some vanilla Memes now require some flogging precepts.
[3] The flogging mechanic, even the one present in the ritual, is expected to not destroy any important body parts. However, this might still happen.
[4] If your pawns are dying too much, or if you don't want to risk your slaves, you can try the recently added mod option "Safer Mode".


Q: Save to add mid-game?
A: Not sure but shouldn't cause many issues at worst.

Q: Save to remove?
A: Nope.

Q: CE?
A: Haven't tested with it, I have no idea.

Other than this error, there is no issue with slaveholding in 1.6.

Hello everyone, please DO NOT ask "1.6????", I'm already struggling with a lot of modding and IRL stuff, asking for updates won't make things faster, I'm already aware I should update. Thanks for your comprehension. Other suggestions are welcomed.
