If your looking at it in the designer, there is a play animation button in the top right corner you can play to see its true form. To get it in game, you have to unlock Huge ship class, then you have to equip it with what ever tech you have unlocked or use a cheat to unlock everything. When equipping ships, avoid placing anything on saved parts on any ship, it this case the Nurgle tentacles and symbol

Thanks mate. GC4 is great but I am waiting for it to hit steam (if it ever does) to design / share. Not a fan of epic and not designing as much as I use too on steam either
