The pitch and roll have been tuned how i like them you can adjust sliders in the statistics page.

After starting RE 1.8 Season 4 on the Anvil server i felt i needed to add at least 1 weapon to the original Rotor.
So improving cargo, adding an armor locker, more lift thrust, and a single gat the Rotor-S was born.

Size and weight mattered more than upgradability to me, since i use an Hv Constructor to produce things like 15mm ammo early on.
