What is this mod?

Determined to Win is a small expansion for S&S: New Wave that adds modern uniforms of the People's Army of Vietnam. The mod currently only contains uniforms and helmets, but is planned to add a few vests and (possibly) backpacks.

What's in the mod?

The mod currently contains the following items:

- Vietnamese K20 pattern BDUs (Ground Force, Air Force, Navy, and Coast Guard)
- Vietnamese K17 pattern BDUs (Ground Force)
- Vietnamese K07 pattern field uniforms (Ground Force, Air Force, and Coast Guard)
- Type A2 Helmets in the above camouflage patterns
- Insignia for PAVN Ground Forces, Air Force, and Coast Guard

What's (possibly) to come?

The following items with no estimated completion time are being considered for development:

- Mk56 AK Vest in K07 camo
- Multi-Pocket Vest in appropriate camos
- Messenger Bag in K07 camo
- RBA in Vietnamese M81 copy
- M1956 belt in mixed camo patterns
- Special Forces frogskin camos
- Ranks

This mod isn't keyed. I don't plan on fixing it any time soon.

Hey, this mod looks very nice and I would love to use it in editor. Unfortunately, as soon as I have loaded it in the launcher and try to start the game, I get a message that the game can´t be launched with the mod loaded because it is causing some problems with battleeye.

Maybe you can do sth. about it. I also tried un- and reinstalling this mod and other of my loaded mods, but the problem seems to occur only with this mod installed.

I think you nailed K17. I have seen K17 irl and the colors almost exactly match in game. Really cool to see it!

I'm 100% guessing based on pictures. As an American, it's hard to get my hands on Vietnamese equipment to get a proper color match. The original K07 was super bright (like distractingly so).

I think your mod is the only mod with modern PAVN equipment. Saw this and was very excited. Downloaded and booted up Arma - was not disappointed. Amazing work.

BTW, seems like K20 looks much brighter than it is supposed to be.
