HQ CSS MP5 with Sling

A quick merge of Querentin's HQ MP5 and old arby26's MP5 mod from gamebanana. I also removed it's scripts because they weren't really required anymore since TLS made the stock MP5 right handed from start and rebalanced the whole thing anyway

Because of animations, this mod comes with edited reloading sound. Sound mods that replace them may sound delayed.
