Better Bandolier Bandolier Rework

This Mod reworks the Bandolier in the following ways:
It now belongs to the "bag" and not the "outher cloathing" slot.
It has 4 slots that hold only ammo and no longer any small item.
The bandolier now has an additional slot being able to hold any large weapon (ones requiring the bag slot to hold) as well as railgunshells and ammo boxes for submarine weaponry.
It maintained the passive buffs to firerates.
These chainges should make the bandolier and large weapons more usefull both in and out of the water while not making it better than the toolbelt for every situation.
