A car-free 1 unit wide flat street that Colossal/Paradox haven't gotten created in 8 years.
For those who don't want ♥♥♥♥♥♥ cars in their neighborhoods and downtowns.

The street was created with the support of Road Builder Modification.

1st Disclaimer
Be aware that road users often run into each other. The road is intended to be designed for pedestrians, but service vehicles are free to drive on. In reality, pedestrians would naturally let the vehicles pass - this mechanism does not exist in Cities Skylines, the cars simply drive through the pedestrians.

2nd Disclaimer
The vehicles driving in opposite directions also pass through each other. It is technically not possible in Cities Skylines to let the vehicles drive in the middle when there is no oncoming traffic & to dodge accordingly when they meet. I ask you to excuse this.
