The IEC Laviathan Mk2 Deep Space Miner is an upgrade to the Laviathan. As operations pushed deeper and deeper into space, the IEC needed more mining capabilities. With upgraded storage, refineries, and hydrogen thrusters the Laviathan Mk2 is capable of chewing through large amounts of ore and deliver to starbases, ships and planets. With a crew space for 3 and a jump drive, the Laviathan Mk2 can search for ore deep into space and return and unload with multiple connector points for quick transfer of materials.
