Faster Council Tasks + Auto Convert/Control/Culture

The Faster Council tasks mod and the Auto Conversion, Auto Control, and Auto Culture mods didn't seem to work together. The previous mod that patched them together isn't working either, so I've updated the compatch. It should be working perfectly; comment if you have any issues.

If you get annoyed by the notifications, I tried fixing them but couldn't. The best thing I could recommend is the mod Clear Notifications by Agami


- Faster Council Tasks by Kaiserl10 or A Rescue Penguin
- Auto conversion by slaneche
- Auto promote culture by slaneche
- Auto increase control by slaneche

YOU ONLY NEED MY MOD ENABLED

If you would want me to patch a mod, feel free to comment the mods you'd like patched and I'll try my best to get them working together :)
