Dark Elf Manticore Rider Units

Up to date for Omens of Destruction.

Adds two new units to the Dark Elves and also some of the Rogue Armies (yes Vashnaar included).

- Manticore Dread Knights, an elite top tier tank unit similar to Eltharion's Griffon Knights or the Hippogryph Knights of Bretonnia.

- Corsair Lords, a 'lighter', more skirmish and harassing oriented top tier unit that can still maul pretty hard.

It's my first unit mod so I might revise the stat balancing at some point. Both units also get Drop Rocks as seen with the Terradons and other Lizardmen to emulate the DEATHFISTS these beauties have in lore - single use bomb.

It's 4 entities per unit on ultra unit size, 3 entities per unit on large. Both units are integrated into the campaign buildings and benefit from various red line skills, techs, and other things that would affect Dread Knights or Corsairs - the Corsair ones aren't affected by infantry-oriented upgrade though. The latter does, however, get Lokhir's bonuses meaning he can give them stalk and vanguard, have fun!
