A residential building located in Ciudad del Este (CDE), Paraguay.
Only the apartment section is produced current, the lower large commercial block are ignored for now.

Building type : monument III menu, always unlocked
dimension : 4x4
✅ keyword : cde, edificio, jebai, center
✅ contain 4 default color variations - brown, green, blue, grey - adjustable color with RePaint.

✅ the large sign is a prop, you can remove it with BOB. The prop can be found with keyword "jebai" as well.

Oh dear, i just realize i make a mistake when making a temporary upload in order to add the big sign prop onto the building. Instead of using a placeholder building, i uploaded the prop directly..... Ended up this item tagged as prop...
