Jacob Esau Individual Death

描述
Why would Esau have to die when Jacob dies? Why would Jacob have to die when Esau dies? This mod makes them independent!
  • When Jacob dead, Esau won't die, but revive as an individual Esau instead.
  • When Esau dead, Jacob won't die, but revive as Tainted Jacob instead: Esau becomes Dark Esau chasing Jacob for blaming his fault =)
  • Items will be merged after death. I.e. on Esau's death, Jacob inherits all passive items, hearts, and pill effects from Esau, and vice versa.

    NOTE: For technical reason, we can't have an "individual Jacob" as the game doesn't allows it, so I use T. Jacob instead for Esau's death, as if there was some story =)

Maybe make Jacob respawn when there is Esau, and Esau dies when Jacob is out of lives in order to compensate for the respawn, resulting in either scenario getting Tainted Jacob?

mod crashes me at random and i can't press continue without my game dying again

cool mod, but it doesn't work properly, when the twins don't have any items and its on the first early floors if one of them dies the game just crashes. Also please make a Mod Menu config, i just wanted the option to transform jacob into T jacob if esau dies but not make esau independent when jacob dies.

ok so you can just kill jacob in sacrifice room and play like every normal character in the game

Esau's Active item gets replaced with Jacob's when Jacob dies, if Jacob had nothing then Esau's Active Item gets deleted.

im pretty sure this mod is causing the game to crash whenever jacob or esau die
this also happens with other players in multiplayer and player-like familiars (i.e. the keeper spawned by strawman)
