Another one?!

I have a soft spot for this recreation of the Gasmask Citizen in particular, its the most polished and retail styled one, but it had some flaws that bothered me, the model never blinked, and the ragdoll always spawned a bit inside the ground, i have fixed both of these issues using the source files of the Citizens for reference, and gave them 2004 retail ragdoll physics because they are more weighty and it fits.
