Gadget's Kobold Caverns - Skulking Filth

A Hard Mode plugin for Kobold Caverns. In SKULKING FILTH mode, civil kobolds will send thieves to their neighbors, the way their cave-dwelling cousins do.

This makes non-kobold civs start out as fundamentally hostile to your settlers. Good luck~

Other thieving civs, like fellow Kobolds and even Cave Kobolds, can show up to trade still. Other civs may not be at full War with you immediately, but like Goblins and Dwarves, diplomacy with non-Kobolds can only ever be neutral at best. And that probably won't last long!

Since your settlement is less safe, and you have fewer trading partners, migration will be slower than usual. Starting kobold families may be the best way to grow your population. Stealing anvils and advanced alloys is also your only option for metalworking, so be sure to embark with metal equipment, or plan to make primitive gear to defend yourselves with.
