Most likely you used your locally saved props before you shared them... For the creator, it will never show up as an error, as your game fetches the locally stored originals!
If you place your locally stored props on a usb stick, you'll have the same error we do.
To fix this, just open the asset in the editor and replace the props used with the ones your pc downloaded from the workshop and update the asset in the workshop.
It's not your fault, it is a quirk of the editor...
Many creators face this issue, there is only one way never to encounter it: upload your props to the workshop, move the originals to an external storage for safekeeping, download the props from the workshop and then make your building using these props.
