[BFE] C4 sticks to BIG

This mod prevents BFE's explosives from sticking to the following selection of enemies:

• Adult Spider
  
• Beheaded Kamikaze
  
• Beheaded Rocketeer
  
• Cave Demon
  
• Clone Soldier (Shotgunner)
  
• Clone Soldier (Rifleman)
  
• Gnaar
  
• Harpy
  
• Hatchiling Arachnoid
  
• Hatchiling Spider
  
• Kleer
  
• Werebull

These changes makes C4 safer to throw onto a group of enemies, preventing it from getting attached to smaller, charging enemies.
