USA - A local skatepark is hosting its annual skating competition event. All is going smoothly until a group of skateboard-hating terrorists decides that enough is enough. This group despises the joy people get from skateboarding, as well as all the loud noises that accompany this sort of event.

While terrorists are trying to destroy the skatepark, counter-terrorists must prevent them from succeeding, to preserve the ability of all to skateboard.
