OI Support & Supply Frigate: Phantom Drift

Built as a operations support frigate, the Phantom Drift was designed to be a competitor for the home fleets ship line.
Unfortunately, home never picked up the contract to buy these ships because, as they said it, "It's too gaudy and the inside layout is terrible." Taking this as a personal insult the founder of OMI decided pack it with EVEN MORE features, flash both middle fingers, and go with the public route. He thought, "If they didn't like the interior, they can fix it them selves".

[On the serious side. The ship is meant to be another "Do All" ship for my line up.]
