[Arc9] More Shields + Knives

Just a relatively low-effort weapons pack that I threw together in a short amount of time. Addon is VERY lightweight and won't take up much space. However, the pack is not light on features. The weapons have some very unique properties.

Also, this addon has the added benefit of fixing your ARC9 sub-categories.

*EDIT* THIS ISSUE HAS BEEN FIXED AS OF 3-26-23. I am merging my admin weapons category with the orignal category.
As of 1-23-2023, with the current version of ARC-9, the sub-categories will not work for the first category of weapons you have. For example, if you have gunsmith reloaded (which you should because it's required) and day of infamy, the sub-categories of day of infamy won't work, but gunsmith reloaded will. If you're only subscribed to one ARC9 weapons pack, it won't have any categories at all.

That's not a programming issue. It's just computing power. I've tested them again to see if they work as of Feb-1-2023.

Changes:
Added a cosmetic only skin of the admin deagle at the request of ZachNohKap. If you wanted to use that skin, but not have it change any of your stats, now you can.

You can find it in your customize menu>personalize>skins>Admin-Cosmetic only
It'll be right next to the original admin gun customization option for the deagle.

Changes:

Decreased admin shield's ROF from 2000 to 1000. May reduce lag and crashing for lower end computers.

Decreased admin shield's capacity from 99999 to 999. May reduce lag and crashing for lower end computers.

Decreased admin deagle's capacity from 99999 to 50. May reduce lag and crashing for lower end computers.
-It doesn't need a high magazine capacity because you can put the "admin deagle" skin on it, which gives it infinite ammo anyways. Go to your customize menu>personalize>skins>admin>??? profit.

If people are still complaining about lag and stuff in the future, I might take more drastic measures to accommodate lower end computers like decreasing the damage (super high damage = lag)

Just know that every time I do this, it affects the effectiveness of the gun. It's an admin only gun for a reason.

Well, my admin guns are pushed straight to the top of your weapons list, sort of as a "sacrifice" to activate the sub-categories of any weapons below them. If this bug gets fixed in the future, I might merge the two categories from my pack into one again, but for now, this will sort of fix your addons.

Comes with 8 weapons:

1) Ninja Knife (CT):

Overpowered version of their regular knife counterparts, they come with a few extra features. Has your standard primary attack and bash, which is a basic slash, only it reaches well beyond what the knife should realistically be able to reach.

The secondary attack, however, will cause you to attempt to lunge at a target, even from far away distances. If you are too far away from the enemy, you can repeatedly dash towards them at record speeds until you either dash into them, killing them, or you get within striking distance. THIS ONLY WORKS IF THE ENEMY IS FACING YOU.

Both the primary attack and the lunge attack will damage pretty much anything, including armored combine forces, such as the helicopter, apc, and even gunships.

If you are using the dash attack, often times, you will LUNGE AT THE GUNSHIP OR HELI, attacking it in mid-air. If you get your aim just right, YOU CAN COMBO THE GUNSHIP by dashing at it twice more IN MID-AIR, killing it. However, this is a risky move, as you will fall down afterwards, either taking fall damage or straight up dying to it.

While you can lunge at striders and rollermines, the rollermines are hard to hit, and the striders won't take damage from your lunge/dash attack.

2)Ninja knife (T): Same abilities as the CT knife.

3)Charger shield: Same abilities as the CT knife, coupled with the defense a shield provides. All charger shields also have an optional perk that increases your resistance to damage, and can stack with the enforcer perk. Charging at an enemy also does significantly more damage compared to the knives.

Also, field of view (FOV) is decreased from 65 to 43 to make the shield closer to you. Why did I do that? Because the closer you get, the larger the view port becomes, and the more you can see. Compare it to the default shield. You'll ironically have a larger field of view due to the larger window. Why didn't I make the FOV even lower so you could see more? Because eventually, your vision will clip through the shield. This is as close as you can get and still see enough of the shield for it to look good.

4)Charger shield + SMG: This is where it gets just a little bit more interesting. Same abilities as the charger shield, but now your primary attack shoots at enemies. Your "gun" has roughly the same stats as the SMG from half life 2.

5) Charger shield + AR2: Same abilities as the charger shield. Your gun has the same stats as the AR2 from half life 2.

Damage: 7-8
Capacity: 30
Rof: 600 rpm

Ammo:AR2

6)Charger shield + Slugger: Same abilities as the charger shield. Your gun is a custom pistol, the slugger. True to its name, it shoots armor piercing slugs. These slugs will kill just about anything, including but not limited to: striders, helicopters, roller mines, apcs, etc.

Damage: 50-51
Capacity: 15
Rof: 400 rpm

Ammo:357

7) Charger shield + Admin Gun: Same as all the other guns, only this gun has ridiculous damage and rate of fire. It's a typical admin gun. I could just add more damage and rate of fire, but the more digits I add, the more it will affect your game's performance. I don't really feel the need to make it any more OP than this unless someone specifically asks me. Maybe then.....maybe.

Also comes with a trio of overpowered perks on top of your regular ones. You can use all 4 (the default perks and the 3 admin perks) at the same time.

I)___Admin Defense: 100 percent damage resistance. Most normal forms of damage will not hurt you.
II)__Admin Penetration: 999 penetration and 999 armor piercing. I could add more at the cost of more lag.
III)__Explody Bois: Explosive ammo. 9999 blast damage and 150 explosion radius
Basically created to mimic the secondary fire of "The Ultimate Admin Gun" I kept the blast radius reasonably small because I didn't want it to be too big and accidentally un-alive myself or a friendly NPC.

8) Admin Deagle. I added this just for fun. It's just your typical admin gun. Arguably a side-grade to 2bit's "The Ultimate Admin Gun."

Comes with the same perks as the shield and admin gun, but lower rate of fire due to how ARC9 guns work. Still does the job, don't get me wrong.
