Sandbox build mode/Creativity (Sandbox +)

reuploaded addon from awhile back, couldnt find who made it originally but credits to them!

im suprised no one has done this at all in at all yet for those who use solely building addons on the garry's mod this includes, prop vehicle builds, acf and wiremods builds, solely wiremod builds, vanilla prop builds, etc.

but its just basically just the vanilla sandbox gamemode with preexisting tool gun addons and such as a base in a single slightly edited game mode ready to add onto with other addons save a few tool addons with the list just to save room and space on your addon list and decrease load times for people with slow internet connections

THIS IS MOSTLY MEANT FOR PROP AND BUILDING ADDONS AND ADDITIONAL TOOL GUN ADDONS, ETC. THAT HAVE TO DO WITH BUILDING.<<<
POSSIBLY excluding scene building but wouldnt hurt.

i forgot what tools the game mode comes with but i know it comes with prescision tool and
all the other essential tool gun addons with the gamemode addon itself that every build
server has under the sun.

THIS DOES NOT come with wiremod or ACF/ACF3 and ACF extra addons, wiremod, sprops, etc.
you should add that yourself along with other mods on the workshop!
