Changes:
- HUD re-alignment
- Support for various modes added

Thoughts:
The original version of Tallon IV was ported due to a few requests. Due to there already being two more feature-complete versions, everything has been left as is for the most part with the exception of a re-alignment of the HUD and haphazard support for other gamemodes (CTF and Oddball can't really be played, but they also won't crash the game). This map has mostly been ported for the sake of historical preservation (Though you could also just check out the old maps in Custom Edition).
