i modified your mod since for some reason how it was overwrote the newer models for the workers
it needs the meshes to reference so copy the entire meshes/jobs folder and include that in the mod, the modinfo json needs to be adjusted to include these references and "movementSpeed" needs to be before each npcType
didnt do a whole lot of testing but got it working, 3 times the normie speed but with the newer meshes :D

It doesn't not effect work speed. Only movement speed. I do not know of a mod which increases work speed however I've been away from the modding community for some time now so there could be a mod which does that.

does this effect work speed and if not can you recommend a mod that does?

Does this stack with that one mod that makes colonists have like 27x move speed? If so, would it be multiplicative or additive? And if not... maybe you could find a way to make it multiplicative??? Like find the movement speed of colonists and multiply the value by 3?
