Hollow Knight Charms

描述
Adds 15 charms from Hollow Knight into Terraria! Along with a new NPC for 2 of them specifically. You are able to make "synergies" by equipping charms with each other or even some Terraria accessories!

UPDATE 1.1:

BIG CHANGES:
- Added HK charm combinations with all of the mod’s charms and even mod-original combinations with some Terraria accessories! Try to find them all!
- Added 3 new charms: Dashmaster, Glowing Womb, and Creeper Cocoon (Weaversong)! All with their own synergies with other charms and accessories!
- Added a guide NPC named the Charm Whisperer, who spawns upon world generation and will hint you toward the location of charms ingame (No more hints on steam page)!

Smaller Changes:
- Grubbyfly’s Elegy’s holy slash now only deals half damage
- Decreased the damage Spore Shroom’s spore cloud does, but increased the time it stays active
- Thorns of Agony’s thorns now dissipate once the player’s immunity timer goes out
- Changed Grubbyfather’s death to imply his departure instead (Akin to Angler)
- Only 1 Grubbyfather can be active in the world per world
- Adjusted some sellback prices

Nah. The charms I decided to add were the charms that I thought would provide the most unique abilities. Since Feral Claws and likely other accessories already increase use speed, I omitted Quick Slash.

I was going to make a synergy compendium containing all the synergies, but either because I don't know how to or because of the way I coded the system, that idea didn't go through. I actually haven't tested journey menu but I think it doesn't work with chests so that may be similar. And yeah, a discussion page for synergies doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Update: I figured out if you have your charm equipped and the other accessory is in your inventory then it will start glowing, i don't need to hold it. Then question, can this work with journey mode duplication menu? :)

Despite using this mod for a few months, i just now noticed the synergy system when the mark of pride charm randomly started glowing. That's a really cool inclusion! But um, is there an easier way to tell what synergizes with what? The only method i know atm is "Have the charm equipped, and then pick up an accessory with my mouse cursor to see if one of my charms start glowing. I'm fine if there isn't, but i just wanted to know if there was an easier way of keeping track what synergizes with what? ^^;;

Actually I just discovered they're like the guide and the only prerequisite conditions is the world existing, then they can move in :0

The NPC only spawns on new worlds. Didn't think about existing worlds but will patch it in sooner or later. Also, thank you so much!

Will the new NPC spawn upon loading a currently active world, or will I require a completely new world?
