Small Pedestrian Area - block FIXED VERSION

描述
This is a fixed version of an asset I tried to hastily make with no knowledge, I am sorry for the bad asset that I made but I hope this asset makes up for it :)

Uses same stats as a regular Small Pedestrian Area

I took a long time to fix it but I said why not and did it today, its just this asset was kinda frustrating to edit into a "block"

lemme know if there are some issues (hopefully not lol)
