IF6M3 Interitus

The IF6M3 is a transport erector launcher for the UKV-4-5 Interitus anti-ship and land-attack cruise missile. It carries two missiles on a amphibious hull allowing it to cross rivers or even go out ashore enhancing its coastal defense capability. This is enabled by the shape of the hull with a small wavebreaker on the "hood" and snorkels on the rear for the engine exhaust and air intake. All entry ways are on the roof to prevent leaks into the vehicle via openings.

The missiles are mounted on a dome shaped turret with two crew members(missile launch operators) situated inside with a cupola for each. The space inside while reasonably spacious is severely confined due to wheel placement. As a result, the turret floor in the prototype was removed to provide more leg room. This however exposed the crew's leg and risk mutilation when the turret traversed. So a leg rest was provided for the crew to rest their legs on when traversing the turret. The seating arrangement is angled inwards in order to provide the necessary clearance however.
There are 3 other crew members including the driver, commander, and radio operator in the front cab.

The vehicle lists significantly if the turret rotates while traversing through water and so it is highly discouraged and the crew are told to fire in a fixed forward position over water. This is not an issue over land however. The Khertland army intends to use this for divisional or even potentially corp level artillery for striking operationally valuable targets and conduct strategic bombardments. As such the IF6 is intended to form independent units with its own escorting and supporting units attached to higher echelon force structures. A platoon of these is expected to be able to sink anything short of a capital ship.

Update Compatibility: 3.6.1
-Uses the newer UKV-4-6 due to the 4-5 being broken quite literally the next update. Missile has been fixed with a near complete rework of the breadboard. It is now more stable but is a lot easier to shoot down. it is also less accurate so the effectiveness has overall dropped. Thank you dev team for that unnecessary "fix" to the thrust vectoring mechanic. Much appreciated.
