Basically, add more of the Hops (100g) to the Fermentation Container when the Grapefruit is not high enough and remove when around 6.10 before fermenting for 15 days. Make sure that Clover and Grapefruit are in the 6.0 to 7.0 range, Wheat will lessen to around 6.15 after Fermentation.
Wheat, Grapefruit and Clover should be around 6.5 in the end.
