Hull 132-Shetsuji Class Destroyer

The Shetsuji-class destroyer was developed for the Seryu Navy by Seiyamo Ironworks, and was designed to complement other light ships of similar tonnage. It would prove extremely effective at night raiding, as it used a novel flare mortar at the stern of the ship to illuminate enemy ships.

Ships of the Shetsuji class are armed with:
3x Pattern 16 102mm Naval Rifles
7x Type 100 25mm AA cannons
6x Tarpon 500mm Torpedoes
1x 150mm Illumination Flare Mortar

Credit to Mystiko Neossia for the rust streak pngs, coloneljack for making the original machine guns which I modified, and Sir for inspiration on several of the deck guns (seen on their battlecruiser "Warlord")
